Runs on rails you already trust

01 — Flagship system

The Lead Machine

Every lead that hits your site gets enriched, scored against your ideal customer profile, filed in your CRM — and, if it's worth a human's time, pinged to sales in Slack. In under a minute, around the clock.

  • Flat fee
  • Live in 5 business days
  • Runs in your accounts
Animated demonstration: a lead submits a Tally form, Apollo enriches it with company data, Claude scores it against your ideal customer profile, it's filed into your CRM, and — only if the score is high — sales gets a Slack notification. Low-scoring leads are filed to a nurture list without pinging anyone.

02 — The catalog

Problems we've productized.

Beyond the flagship, zavqo ships fixed-scope systems across four categories. Same rules every time: defined scope, flat fee, delivery date on the calendar.

  1. Sales & lead handling

Leads captured, enriched, scored and routed before your team opens their laptop.

Flagship The Lead Machine — live in 5 days

  2. Finance & invoicing

Invoices raised, chased and reconciled without anyone touching a spreadsheet.

invoice generation · payment chasing · reconciliation

  3. Reporting & dashboards

The Monday numbers, compiled and delivered while everyone's still asleep.

weekly KPI digests · live dashboards · board packs

  4. Support & ticketing

Tickets triaged, tagged, and answered or escalated the moment they arrive.

triage & routing · draft replies · SLA alerts

03 — Delivery

Kickoff Monday.
Live Friday.

The flagship week, day by day. Larger systems run the same play on a longer — equally fixed — calendar.

  1. Day 01

    Kickoff

A 30-minute call. We define your ideal customer profile and get access to your form, CRM and Slack.

  2. Day 02–03

    Build

We wire the pipeline in n8n and connect every node to your stack.

  3. Day 04

    Test

We run real leads through it with you and tune the scoring.

  4. Day 05

    Live + handover

It goes live. You get documentation and a walkthrough. The system is yours.

05 — Straight answers

Before you ask.

What does it cost?

One flat fee per system, quoted in writing before we start. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices — the number we quote is the number you pay.

Why fixed scope?

Because open-ended projects drift. A defined build means you know exactly what you're getting, what it costs and when it ships — and we can deliver in days instead of months.

Which CRM does it work with?

The Lead Machine files into Airtable, HubSpot, Notion or Google Sheets out of the box. If your CRM has an API, we can almost certainly plug into it — ask us.

What happens after delivery?

The system is yours. It runs in your accounts, and you get full documentation and a walkthrough. If something in your stack changes later, we're around for fixes and tweaks.

Do we need technical staff?

No. We build, test, document and hand over. Your team's only job is to act on the leads.

What if our process doesn't fit a package?

The scope call settles that. If your workflow needs adjustments, we spec them into the fixed quote before we start — the fee stays flat either way.
